Nana-Yaw AgyemanNana has amassed a wealth of experience in the welfare to work industry that stretches over 15 years. He has worked as a Youth Worker, Mentor,Manager and Senior Employment Consultant for a number of prominent welfare to work providers and youth services, in the UK.

Nana is very passionate about uplifting and empowering the youth. He wants to dedicate the remaining years of his professional life, to providing credible solutions to counter youth offending, gang involvement and high BME unemployment.

AccessUK will act as  conduit from which we refer our service users to a network of external partner organisations, who share a common  vision and objective.

We want to remove all obstacles against BME  employment, youths starting their own business or identifying appropriate training.

Nana has a particular affinity with the BME community of the UK, having successfully overcome the same difficult and challenging environment, a number of BME youths come from. He fervently believes in the application of Black history and economic empowerment, as a vehicle for postive and progressive change, in the BME and wider community of the UK.
